****All coaches need to complete the FAI Garda vetting.
You need to contact the child Welfare team to help you with your application.

What is needed:

1. Garda Vetting form. (Section 1 filled out by Coach, Section 2 filled out by the Child Welfare Officer)
2. Copy of ID
3. Proof of address (within last 6 months)
