How to register a Player.
When registering your player the following information is needed:
- Name of Player:
- Team Name: Carrigaline Utd _______
- Player's Address:
- Players Postal Code:
- Date of Birth:
- Parents Full Name:
- Parents Email Address:
- Parents Phone Number:
- Copy of passport or birth certificate
- Profile picture of player
This information will be uploaded to FAI connect by the registrar. A registration form will be sent to the parent or the coach who sends it on to the parent to sign and date. This is then returned to the registrar to upload to the players FAI connect account. Once approved the player will be entered into the league.
